Time with Papa

We visited my Dad and Step Mother this weekend and had a great visit. Papa and Abigail had a great time of bonding. It was really nice to see them spending time together, I know that Abigail will not remember but I will ;-) I think that we all had a good time, although brief.

He must be checking in to see how good the kids really are being, just a fun time and it looks like Abigail really was enjoying herself.

Wrapping or present?

We received Abigails first present of this Christmas season (Thanks Becky W) and I wanted to see how she reacted. Yes, I know it isn't really Christmas yet, but I could not wait... It was fun, although I wish that she would 'get' it a little more... Still had a great time watching her with the wrapping. Present? what present...

Well I guess it had to happen sooner or later... Here is Abigail trying to feed herself with the spoon. She still hasn't figured out that if there is food on her hands that she can eat that instead I guess that she wants to go straight to eating with her utensils...

Wow, what happened

No pictures today, just wanted to let everyone know that Abigail has grown a little more. She now weighs 16lbs and 5.5ozs. Can you believe it? Wow!!!

First Hair Cut?

Well we finally submitted to the fact that her hair was just getting too long. We stopped over at our friends house to get her hair cut. Raelynn is a professional stylist and did a great job. Abigail had fun too.






I just took this picture so that you could see the finished product, notice that her hair is now out of her eyes. She is also in a great mood, despite being up a little late...

Let it Snow!!!

Taking a break from work to enjoy Our first snow, especially since there is plenty of snow to take some decent pictures! Mom and Mandi here's to your idea, it turned out great! And it was fun too, especially to see how she reacted!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Wow, Abigails first Thanksgiving! We spent Thanksgiving Day with Bob and Paula and Christina and Dave with their daughter Grace, who is pictured below with Abigail.

Abigail also had a wonderful time sitting on the Pooh Bear Train that Bob kept his hands on her so that she would not fall. Grace was also right there to play with her.

After her time on the Pooh Bear train she got to eat a little Thanksgiving Dinner, I think her fav part was the cranberry sauce.

Paula did not get in any pictures with Abigail but I could not leave her out!

The next day we spent at Pat and Patty house. Did not get everyones names that I remember now but it sure was fun with all the babies and we got our family picture at Thanksgiving!

Happy Birthday Jimmy!

Papa Jim's birthday was the other day and he requested a video of Abigail singing happy birthday, so here it is... On its side, but for some reason I cannot rotate it! I guess I have learned my lesson, only take the movie right side up, not in the vertical mode... Anyway Happy Birthday and enjoy ;-)

My new outfit

Ok - I got this outfit a little while ago when the grandparents went to cape cod but she finally fits into it and I thought that I had better show it off. She had a great day shopping and eating and sleeping... What could be better!

A Real Photo Session

We had Abigails six month pictures taken today. It was so much fun and instead of purchasing a whole bunch of pictures, we purchased the CD Rom of the whole session so that we can print up the pictures that we want, when we want. We are so excited. Yes we did order wallets and a couple others for the scrapbook and for family to have a new wallet picture, but that was all.






We are already thinking Christmas...

We made it through this picture before she decided it was time to, well what do babies do when the are naked!!!

Sitting in the movies

Here is a little video that I took. A little shaky as I was holding her hand with my right hand and trying to take this with my left. BTW - Did I mention that I am right handed???

She is trying...

To Sit up by herself! She can for moments at a time but still is a little uncertain about letting go and not falling. She certainly is getting better each day. These were taken today.

Abigails Hat

She wore this hat for halloween, not that it is a costume or anything, but she certainly was extremely cute!
